There are some factors which affecting accuracy. They are
*Concentration - while doing a work the mind and body should attend together to make that effective. Either your mind or body is distracted; chance of coming errors is high.
*Strong determination - strong determination makes precision. Before starting each work it is better to make a frame work of your plans and you should be consistent in your decision. If you have flight of ideas .it will make delay in your work.
*careful examination - after finishing a task, make an overall review. This will help you to detect errors. Making correction by discussing with experts is also a good idea.
*Proper recording and reporting - keeping records is a vital clue of a work, hence it is the best evidence for performance assessment. The records must be clear and detailed in nature. False records make confusion.
