Hard working is the characteristic feature of an ideal person where work is carry out in a systematic way with energy and commitment. To make the work effective, you should work with maximum effort and tireless. Moving easy life never reach perfection. Hard working people has to sacrifice, since, they devote themselves for the well being of their management by neglecting their personal matters like health, relations etc.
Hard working is the key of success. When you plan to do an action, do it carefully and thoroughly. Those who like the job can only work productively and effectively. Selecting a job should be according to your will and interest, and not according to external force and compulsion. Each work has some specialties. You should be mentally prepared before taking a responsibility. For example, a nurse should prepare her mind to work with alert, patience, and responsiveness.
